Today my blog is for those people who want to wake up early in the morning but can't. Even for those people who don't know " the benefits of waking up early in the morning"
We should follow a sleep routine for sleep as it makes easier to go to sleep and get up naturally at the same time next morning.
It is important to maintain your body's internal clock.
People generally wake up late when they sleep late. As it is said, " Early to bed, early to rise".
There might be many reasons for sleeping late as stress, social media, studies, watching television, etc.
I know waking up is no easier task but do you know that there are indefinite benefits of waking up early?

We should wake up early because 4am-5am is considered as the "Brahmakaal"(according to the Hindu mythology Brahamakaal means the time when God walks), the best time to wake up in the morning.
This is also backed up with many scientific theories as well.
At this time the concentration level is very high (after the sleep of 6-8 hours) and there is much more silence which has the following benefits for the body:-
Increase oxygen levels in the brain
Reduce the blood pressure
Our brain will be more active and concentrated
Boost mental health.
As it is not so easy for everyone to get up early in the morning so here are the following tips:-
1.Set the alarm half an hour before the desired time to get up. like, if you want to get up at 5A.M. in the morning then set up the alarm at 4:30A.M.
2. Keep the alarm away from the bed, so that to close that alarm you have to get up from the bed.
3. We should make a To-Do-List at the night before sleeping so that in the morning we are motivated enough to get up. At many times it happens we get up in the early morning and don't know what to do at first so we go back to bed again. So To-Do-List is very important for us.
