If it happens rarely or once in a while then no need to worry, you are safe. It's just the nature of human beings. But if it happens regularly to you it means you are suffering from Brain Fog.

What is Brain Fog?

Brain fog is a mental condition where a person faces problems related to the brain. If someone suffers from brain fog it means that the person feels difficulties in thinking, understanding, remembering, and recalling process information.
Brain fog affects a person's memory and he/she loses the ability to store and recall data. That person may face some problems like -

There are so many reasons for the Brain Fog. But I will explain only those which we can manage easily. Basically, this problem arises due to living life in an unorganized way. This unmanaged or unorganized lifestyle brings so many problems and Brain Fog is one among them.

1. Stress And Anxiety:- A research has shown more than 80% of the people are stressed. If you take stress in a positive way you will grow or if you take stress in a negative way it will lead to depression and anxiety. Chronic stress increases blood pressure weaken the immune system and triggers depression and depression is a serious mood disorder that leads to brain fog.

2. Poor Sleep:- Nowadays people are very busy in their life and they become careless about their health,  especially when a point comes to take a sound sleep. After work/job/ or study whenever they get the time they start using social apps or playing games etc. Due to this, they take sleep less than 6-7 hours. and lack of sound sleep plays a major role in the brain fog.

3. Poor Diet:-  Nowadays wherever we go we don't get proper Hygenic food easily and even we don't try to get that. Whatever we get around us we start taking that only. We are surrounded by chemically prepared food. Willingly or unwillingly we have to intake that kind of food. And now also we are giving more concern to outside/street food like fast food or junk food. These foods have many side effects and this can create many health issues (mental or physical) for us. Brain fog can be a serious problem.

4. Vitamins Deficiency:- When we don't take a proper healthy diet it results in Some vitamin deficiency like vitamins C, D, E, and B, and this deficiency also leads to brain fog.  The deficiency of vitamin B12 also plays a major in brain fog. B12 helps in the formation of red blood cell and it maintains the central nervous system.

5. Lack of water:- Our Brain is made up of water (more than 75% part). For its better functioning, we need to drink more and more water if we don't provide water properly the brain starts malfunctioning.

6. Some Disease:- If someone is suffering from migraine, depression, diabetes, anemia, etc they may have more chances to affect with brain fog. Some medications can affect our brain function like chemotherapy in cancer, sleeping pills, drugs for anxiety.

If the problem is in early-stage, we can cure it naturally but if the problem is major means patients experience these problems frequently. We should immediately see doctors without wasting time. Here there are some natural ways that can help us to overcome this disease.

1. Meditation:-  Meditation is one of the best ways to cure any kind of mental fatigue and mental problem. It helps us to keep the brain relaxed and allow it to work efficiently. Meditation is not easy work. It needs our full concentration and attention. Meditation plays a very important role in curing Brain fog. It helps in reducing stress and depression too. In the beginning, it is very difficult to meditate but with the regular practice, we can do it.

2. Balanced Diet:-  We should start taking a properly balanced diet. Balanced Diet provides all the nutrients, vitamins, irons, etc whatever our body and brain need. It helps us to fight against Brain fog.

3. Brain Food:-  This problem is related to the brain so we should feed our brain with special food or we can say it "brain food". 5. Drink plenty of water:-  Our brain consists of water (more than 75%). The brain needs water for functioning better. A dehydrated brain suffers many mental issues and brain fog is one among them. A healthy person should drink at least 2-3 ltr of water a day.

5. Take a sound sleep:-  Our Brain needs to relax. sleeping disorder or less sleeping is also the main cause of brain fog. A healthy person should take a sleep of 6-7 hours a day. But If a person is suffering from brain fog he/she should take a sound sleep of at least 8-9 hours.

Apart from these methods, we can do some physical exercise to boost our physical and mental health.
