Hello friends

Now, we are facing problem-related to concentration, memory loss, lack of focus, attention, motivation, lethargy, etc.
Apart from these problems, kids are facing more problem with reading, writing, spelling, listening social skill, handwriting, speech and articulation, stress, maths, motor skills, etc.
In 1970 Paul and Gail Dennison came with a new concept and developed a set of exercise
This set of exercise is called "Brain Gym".
This set of exercise has 26 physical exercises that include simple and funny body parts movements, that kids enjoy doing these exercises.
These exercises not only help the kids to overcome these problems (above mentioned) but also help the adults.
Brain Gym movements like crawling, yawning, making symbols in the air help to make a proper balance between left and right brain of our brain.

It promotes the joy of learning
It increases self-responsibility

It improves our communication skill and helps in making better
decisions.
It improves our spelling, speaking and learning skill too
