HOW TO BOOST BRAIN FUNCTION NATURALLY

Hello friends,

Greetings of the day!!

Today I am sharing with you some ways to improve brain function which are basically:-
  • Memory power
  • Concentration
  • Focus,
  •  Attention
  • Emotion management etc.

you will be amazed after knowing that
what percent of the brain we use our entire life"
we use only up to 10% of our brain our entire life.
on an average, a human being uses 3-5% of his brain capacity. Just imagine if a person starts improving his brain capacity "how better he/she can do in any field even in personal relation with friends and family.

Here I am sharing a few  simple ways to improve BRAIN FUNCTION

TIP 1:- EXERCISE  REGULAR AND EVERYDAY

As we know that we are busy in our daily life whenever we get time, we love to spend time on social media,
with friends and family and we forget about our HEALTH.
To be fit and healthy we need to do exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
Science has proved that exercise does not only keep our body fit and healthy but also helps in the functioning of our brain actively.

Exercise helps in growing new cells in the brain and stops shrinking brain tissues. Exercise also boosts brain building hormone. It also helps in fighting depression and anxiety. The researcher showed that exercise decreases the risk of disease like Alzheimer's disease (its a disease that destroy memory and other mental functions). Exercise increases the flow of blood to our brain which directly helps in boosting brain cell growth which further leads to improvement in brain functioning.

TIP 2:- TAKE A GOOD SLEEP

Nowadays we are not taking a good sound sleep, the reason could be anything for example:
stress, tension, workload or maybe we love to be busy playing the game on the mobile phone or chatting with friends and relatives on social networking sites.
Good sound sleep is very essential for the human body. Without enough sleep, our brain gets tired and start losing its ability to concentrate and focus.  sometimes it leads to memory loss. Poor sleep hampers the brain. Science has proved a healthy person should sleep at least 7-8 hours in a day. Good sound sleep is very essential for our body because sound sleep not only gives relax to our brain but also it prepare our brain for next days function.

TIP3:- DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

We should know that water plays a very essential role in our body. our body is made up of water
like:-
our Brain has 80% water
our muscles have 75% water
our blood has 83%  water
our lungs have 90% water
our skin has 64% water
even our bone has 30% water

After knowing these facts we can just imagine how much water is needed by the body and also water is needed by Brain.

When we drink more water Brain cells functions properly. A dehydrated brain struggles to focus and attention. If we don't drink plenty of water than our brain starts working harder than usual that leads to stress and depression.
So friends start drinking more water from now.

TIP4:-  TAKE FRESH OXYGEN

A human body brain weighs 2% of the total body weight but this 2% requires around 20% of the body's oxygen. first of all, we have to understand why the brain needs oxygen this much. Our body's cell needs oxygen to produce energy. So
our brain cell needs energy to stay "conscious". Our brain needs more energy than any other human organ. So we need more oxygen even fresh oxygen that will be delivered through the blood.
So friends here I am suggesting some ways to get more fresh air in daily life:-
1. Walk every day at least 30 minutes (if possible walk in a garden or park or some nearby area where you can get fresh air)

2.Breathe through  Nose always ( not with open mouth)

3. Stand up on feet for few minutes. OXFORD University Research discovered  When we stand up on one foot or on both feet it activates cerebral circulation and enhanced circulation in the anterior lobe and the right Cortes in the brain

.

TIP5:- STAY AWAY FROM STRESS

These days, it's not possible to have a life without stress. Each and every day we face so many unwanted situations ( in family/friends/working environment) and we get stressed. I want to tell you what is stress? it is nothing but your response to a particular incident. Its level of intensity depends on the person how much he/she takes/ feels. But anyhow it is not good for the brain as well as for the health.

Here I am sharing HOW STRESS AFFECTS BRAIN?
1. Chronic stress increases the risk of mental illness
2. Stress kills the brain cell
3. It shrinks the brain
4. Stress hurts the memory
5. You can have a higher depression risk
6. Stress affects the brain's learning capacity.
7. Highest level of stress could increase the risk of stroke.
So, we can say stress is a main enemy of the brain and we should try to live a stress-free life. even though stress-free life is not possible but we should try to manage the stress very effectively. there are so many ways to manage or reduce stress, we will discuss in the next article.

TIP6:- EAT BRAIN FOODS

To improve the brain functions we should add brain food in our diet every day.

TIP 7:- DO BRAIN GYM

Brain Gym is a set of exercise developed by Dr. Paul Dennison ( USA)
