As we know that each and everyone in this world is suffering from any or many diseases (except few). It's our lifestyle, food habits and stress that have spoiled our health.
Here I am discussing some tips that will help you to keep your "heart healthy"
>Some important tips:-
1. Avoid overeating:-
We should always eat as much food as we need to fill our stomach and satisfy our hunger. We should avoid overeating, especially at dinner time. Japanese does it better, they eat near about 80% of their hunger level. We can take heavy breakfast, average lunch, and light dinner to keep our body and heart-healthy.

2. Exercise daily:-
To keep our body healthy and strong we need to do regular exercise at least 20 minutes in our daily busy life. Also, some meditation can work as a booster for your mind and heart.
3. Use Public Transportation:-
Try using more of public transport rather than a personal vehicle as for using this you will be able to walk more. Also, prefer cycling as a mode of commuting.
4. Avoid Refined food items:-
etc and use much of food items in their raw or natural form such as mustard oil, coconut oil in place of refined oil. Due to this, we will avoid unnecessary fat and sugar.
5. Obviate tea or coffee:-
Groove on green tea over tea or coffee as green tea contains more antioxidants which reduce the chances of blockage in veins.
6. Manage Stress:-
We should know how to manage our stress. Each and everyone has some kind of stress and we have to live happily with those stress. so you should learn " HOW TO MANAGE STRESS" .

7. Abstain alcohol and smoking:-
Have alcohol only in moderation. This habit will not harm your heart and health. It keeps your skin young, reduces heart attack chances any many benefits are there (you will get a blog on it). Quit smoking or do as least as possible.

By including these few good habit you can reduce heart problems and keep the heart healthy forever.
