4. Do not consume papaya even if you are taking blood thinners or you have an upset stomach. According to experts, the outer skin of papaya contains latex, which can cause stomach upset or diarrhea. This can also lead to complaints of abdominal pain.

5. The enzyme papain present in papaya can cause problems like swelling, dizziness, headache, rashes and itching. Papain can cause asthma, congestion, and heavy breathing.


Right time to eat papaya:-

Papaya should be consumed in the morning. But papaya should not be eaten after dinner, because it is a


bit difficult to digest due to being high in fiber. Due to its low acidic properties, it gets digested well by eating it in the morning.

 It is rich in water content and fiber, which balances the metabolic rate of the body. But keep in mind that it should be consumed in limited quantity. Some quantity of it can also be taken in the evening snack.

But eating it fresh is more useful. It does not remain fresh for a long time after breaking from the tree, so it should be used soon.


Although Hawaiian and Mexican papayas are very famous, but Indian papayas are very tasty to eat.
